Join Chef Kim in the kitchen to learn about the basics in the kitchen, tools to get you started and how to use them properly. We will also discuss how to pick produce, good staples to have in the pantry, spices and such.

 

There will not be a lot of Cookin’ in this class but there will be tasting!!

 

Great opportunity to bring your questions to Chef Kim and she will do her best to answer!!

 

 

Class size: Minimum 4 Maximum 12 junior chefs

Aprons, provided during class all recipes provided to each student
