FREEZER MEALS

MEAT LASAGNA; slow cooked tomato sauce with lean 90/10 ground beef, homemade Italian sausage, crushed tomatoes and seasonings layered with cheeses. $12 Mini $28 Small $38 medium $70 Large 

*GF TRADTIONAL SHEPHERDS PIE; sauteed lean ground beef with onions, carrots, peas seasonings, beef stock and tomato paste.  Beef mixture topped with Homemade mashed potatoes. $12 Mini $28 Small $38 medium 

*GF/DF BBQ PULLED PORK; Seasoned pork butt slowly cooked over night until tender and pulled apart and mixed with sweetened BBQ Sauce. Heat and serve.  Serve on buns or on a baked potato. $8 ½ pound $16 1 pound 

*♥GF/DF PINWHEEL stuffed PORK CHOP; whole pork loin cut open seasoned, thin brushing of balsamic reduction and layered with fresh sage, prosciuttoand chopped pinenuts. Rolled up and cut into 8-ounce pinwheel style pork chops.  Roast and Serve. $7 each 

*GF/DF ROASTED CHICKEN QUARTERS with POTATOES; 3 chicken quarters seasoned and roasted served over Yukon gold and russet potatoes topped with a light chicken sauce. Heat and serve! Fully cooked $22 (2-3 servings) 

*GF/DF BALSAMIC marinated CHICKEN QUARTERS; 3 chicken quarters; leg and thigh marinated in Kim’s Balsamic Vinaigrette roasted in the oven over royal blend rice, white, brown, basmati, wild rice's with green trio or collards, mustard and turnip and roasted butternut squash.   Heat and serve! Fully cooked $24 (2-3 servings) 

BACON CHEDDAR crusted CHICKEN BREAST; 8oz boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned. crusted with crushed crackers, bacon and sharp cheddar cheese.  Bake and serve as an entree, on a sandwich or over a salad! $6.75 each 

♥*GF PESTO CHICKEN MEATBALLS; seasoned VERY LEAN hand ground chicken breast mixed with homemade pesto sauce and parmesan cheese rolled into petite meatballs. Heat and serve! Fully cooked $14 pound (14-16 each) 

*♥GF/DF CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP; Sauteed onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes seasoned and mixed wiht chicken stock and simmered.  Corn, black beans and shredded chicken breast were added and simmered.  Top with sour cream and tortilla chipsmild spice $8- pint $16 quart 

CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER; Chicken breast pieces, sauteed with bacon, onions, celery, corn, potatoes in a rich cream broth.  Heat and serve with crispy bread! $9- pint $18 quart

*GF/V POTATO PUREE SOUP; Idaho potatoes cooked until tender with vegetable stock.  Seasoned and pureed until smooth with milk.  Heat and serve.  Add toppings like cheese or bacon to add texture! $8- pint $16 quart 

CRANBERRY PECAN stuffed PORK CHOP; 7-8oz center cut pork chop stuffed with a cranberry, pecan, seasoned dressing with croissants, French and country white breads.  Bake and serve! $7.00 each 

♥*GF/DF PORK TENDERLOIN CACCIATORE; 5-6oz pork tenderloin medallions seasoned and ready to cook in a tomato, bell pepper, mushroom and onion seasoned sauce.  Bake and serve! $6.75 each

CHICKEN FRANCESE; chicken breast strips pounded thin dredged in flour and browned on each side and fully cooked.  Placed on top of steamed rice topped with a light lemon sauce and fresh lemon slices.  Bake and Serve  $24 Small $34 Medium

CINNAMON RAISIN FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE; Mixed Cinnamon raisin breads cut into pieces and soaked in a cinnamon egg custard with crumb topping.  FULLY COOKED Heat and serve. $6.50 individual
