Your junior chefs will prepare a delicious meal and each student will bring home dinner for 4
packed family style to enjoy with their family and/or friends!
Chicken Saltimbocca; Chicken Breast with Prosciutto, Fresh Sage and Wine Wine Butter Sauce
Homemade Cacio e Pepe; classic Roman pasta with Black Pepper and Cheese
Tossed Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Class size: Minimum 4 Maximum 16 junior chefs
Aprons, provided during class all recipes provided to each student
