Join Chef Kim in the kitchen to learn about knife skills, different types and how to properly use them.  She will also teach basic sauteing, searing and grilling techniques.  When you learn these skills you can make the simplest meal look and taste that much better!  All foods prepared will be enjoyed during class or packaged up to take home!

All skill levels welcome, your safety is always number one so please throughout the class if you are not comfortable let Chef know and she will work with you personally and/or show you another way to complete the task! 

 

Class size: Minimum 4 Maximum 16 junior chefs

Aprons, provided during class all recipes provided to each student
