Gourmet Grilled Cheese with Homemade Bread

Tomato Basil Soup from Scratch

Your junior chefs and I will prepare the above menu making fresh bread, turned into gourmet grilled cheese with various cheeses and fillings.   Tomato Basil soup will simmer slow after making from scratch practicing those knife and saute skills.  Each student will bring home grilled cheese and soup for 4 to enjoy with their family and/or friends!

Note: all skill levels are welcome

Class size: Minimum 4 Maximum 16 junior chefs

Aprons, provided during class all recipes provided to each student
