Mini New York Cheesecakes

Your junior chefs and I will prepare the above menu making homemade salad dressing, pizza dough from scratch and individual mini cheesecakes.  Each student will bring home enough food for 4 to enjoy with their family and/or friends!

Note: all skill levels are welcome

Class size: Minimum 4 Maximum 16 junior chefs

Aprons, provided during class all recipes provided to each student
