PARENTS…TAKE THE WEEK OFF from COOKIN’ DINNER

Join Chef Kim in the kitchen for a fun 5-day week of hands on Cookin’ Around the World!  We work in teams, partners and solo pending the project.  Each chef will go home with HOT READY TO EAT meal for 4!

Classic Bruschetta; fresh tomato basil on crostini

Cheese Ravioli; homemade pasta with butter and lemon

Cannoli’s; Itlalian pastry tube filled with sweet mascapone filling

Tuesday, June 23rd   3:00-6:00pm

Chile Relleno; meat and cheese stuffed poblano (mild) pepper

Chile Con Queso; cheese sauce

Wednesday, June 24th   3:00-6:00pm

Crispy Spring Rolls; 2 varieties; mixed veggies and shrimp and mixed veggies and pork wrapped in crispy wrapper and deep fried

Thursday, June 25th   3:00-6:00pm

Moussaka; “Greek Lasagna” eggplant, potato, beef meat sauce, bechamel; cheese sauce

Greek Salad; tomato, cucumber, green pepper, feta cheese, red onion, kalamata olives

Homemade Pita Bread

Coq au Vin; chicken on the bone braised in red wine with bacon, mushrooms, pearl onions 

Parsley Potatoes; boiled baby potatoes tossed in butter and parsley

Haricots verts; green beans in butter and lemon

Mousse Au Chocolate; we will prepare this rich delicious dessert in class but best if refrigerated for a bit longer before eating!
