GRADES: 6th-12th

Join Chef Kim in the kitchen for a fun 5-day week of hands on Cookin’ Battles!

The kitchen will be stocked with ingredients to chose from. Each day is a different theme we start simple with pizza and finish with your own restaurant!  You will work together to make the best dish to win the battle!  Bring your own team or gather in the kitchen with new friends!  Chef Kim and a few other foodies will gather and vote on the completed dish.  Will you be the one to win the battle??

PIZZA PALOOZA

Monday, July 27th   4:00-7:00pm

Learn to make homemade pizza dough and then it is time for you to get creative and make the best pizza in the kitchen!

TACO THROWDOWN

Tuesday, July 28th   4:00-7:00pm

We will make homemade tortilla dough and you will learn how to finish them off then it is time for you to take over!

What kind of food truck do you want to have?  Lets see what you got!

CUPCAKE WARS

Thursday, July 30th   4:00-7:00pm

You have 3 hours to create the best cupcakes to bring to the table  We will work together on the bases and then you take over!

*POP UP RESTAURANT CHALLENGE

Friday, July 31st   4:00-7:00pm

You will be given a space and pick a cuisine at random to create your own restaurant
