boneless, skinless chicken breast pounded thin, filled with mustard, ham and swiss cheese, rolled up and breaded in a panko crust.  Freeze, ready to bake.

*Mongolian Pork Chops
center cut pork chop marinated in a homemade sweet Asian glaze; ready to grill, broil or roast. Serve with stir fry rice or mashed potatoes and carrots.

*Mushroom Turkey Burger
lean ground turkey mixed with sautéed mushrooms and seasonings shaped into 6-ounce patties.  Ready to grill, broil or pan fry.
