6th, 7th and 8th Grades

I LOVE this class!!! We make Pasta Dough from scratch with a big pile of flour on the counter and lots of elbow grease!  Then roll it out and use special molds to make Jumbo ravioli.  The class will also prepare Bolognese (meat) Sauce as well as a Tossed Salad with Creamy Italian Vinaigrette on the side to round out the meal!
