Heading to Mexico to make a large tray of Cheese Enchiladas with a mild homemade sauce. We will also prepare Spanish Rice and Charro Beans to be served on the side. Each Junior Chef will bring home dinner for the family. We will enjoy Fruity Aqua Fresca during Class!
