Join me online from the safety of your own kitchen and let’s make some breakfast items that you can heat and eat on those busy mornings and or freeze!
Apple French Toast Casserole prepared with fresh apples in muffin tins for individual servings you can freeze!
We will also make Yummy Cinnamon Maple Syrup to top it off.

INSTANT POT ZOOM CLASS

Instant Pot Beef or Chicken Stroganoff

THURSDAY, JANUARY 28TH
4:30 – 6:00 PM

Do you love Instant Pot Cooking?  Do you have one and are scared to use it? Join me on the 28th and let’s cook dinner together.  By the end of class, you and your family can sit and enjoy a meal together, with hardly any cleanup!!!

Grab your Valentine and come play!  

We will prepare pasta from scratch starting with a big pile of flour on the counter.
There will be kneading, rolling, cutting, cookin
and most importantly eating!!!

Zoom Charcuterie Fun!

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12TH
7:00 – 9:00 PM

Join me one on one or with your partner and let’s have some charcuterie FUN!  I will provide a list of ingredients needed so that you can choose flavors to your liking. On the evening of class pop a bottle of your favorite champagne, wine or beverage of choice and we will create a feast for you to enjoy after class!

Loaded Baked Potato Soup with Bacon Cheddar Corn Muffins

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH
4:30 – 6:30 PM

Russet potatoes baked until fluffy and made into soup with Bacon, chives and seasonings.  Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream on the side to garnish.  We will whip up some warm Corn Muffins.  Each Junior Chef will bring home 2 Quarts of soup and 4 Jumbo Bacon Cheddar Corn Muffins
